Aluminum caps are mostly processed on highly automated production lines, so the strength, elongation and dimensional deviation of the material are very strict, otherwise cracks or creases will occur during processing. In order to ensure that the cap is easy to print after forming, the cap material surface is required to be flat and free of roll marks, scratches and stains. The production of aluminum cap materials can be made by hot rolling blank or continuous casting and rolling blank, and rolled by cold turning.

At present, China's anti-theft cover manufacturers use continuous casting and rolling blanks for production, but according to the anti-theft cover manufacturers, the use of anti-theft cover materials is better than the cast and rolled blanks.
