What are the important properties of aluminum lids that should be paid attention to when packaging materials enter the factory?

(1) High temperature resistance - verified by sterilization resistance test, the aluminum cover that needs to go through the high temperature sterilization process, if the high temperature resistance is poor, it is easy to deform or break after sterilization.

(2) Coating fastness - verified by coating firmness test, for aluminum covers with coatings on the outer surface, if the heat resistance or corrosion resistance of the coating is poor, it is easy to wear and fall off.

(3) The fitting performance of the aluminum lid and the applicable container - verified by the fitting test, the barrier and sealing of the overall packaging of the container largely depend on the compatibility between the container and the aluminum cap, including the flatness of the aluminum cap after installation, and the non-deformation and breakage of the aluminum cap after heat treatment. Therefore, if the fit of the aluminum cap is poor, it is easy to cause problems such as drug leakage and deterioration.

(4) Opening force - verified by bridging breaking force, opening force, full opening force, tearing force and other tests to prevent leakage due to excessive opening force of the aluminum cap, which brings inconvenience to the use of the drug, or too small opening force, and poor tightness between the aluminum cap and the container.
