Cork stoppers are known as the "patron saints" of wine and have long been considered the ideal wine stopper. Its density and hardness should be moderate, flexibility and elasticity should be good, but also have a certain permeability and viscosity, once the wine is bottled, the only channel between the wine body and the outside world is guarded by cork.

The soft and elastic nature of the natural cork itself can seal the mouth of the bottle well, but does not completely isolate the air, which is conducive to the slow development and maturity of the wine in the bottle, making the wine taste more mellow and round.
